How do I place an order?

Open the Menu tab, browse items, add them to your cart, and check out. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready.

How do I reserve a room?

Go to the Rooms tab to see available gaming rooms and book one. You have 15 minutes to check in before the reservation is automatically cancelled.

How do I join a friend's session?

Ask your friend for their 4-digit session code, then enter it in the app to join their session.

How does the loyalty program work?

You earn points on every purchase. Progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers and redeem your points for rewards.

What can I do during a session?

While in an active gaming session, you can call a waiter, request controllers, place orders, or ask for the bill — all from the app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
