By using the Chillax mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Chillax provides a platform for ordering food and drinks, reserving gaming rooms, joining live sessions, and participating in a loyalty rewards program at participating venues. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

Orders & Payments

All orders placed through the App are subject to availability. Prices displayed in the App are set by the venue and may change without notice. Payment is processed at the venue.

Room Reservations

Room reservations must be checked into within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Reservations not checked into within this window are automatically cancelled.

Loyalty Program

Points are earned through qualifying purchases and are subject to the program rules displayed in the App. We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program, including point values and tier thresholds, at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Chillax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or inaccuracies in venue information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
